Refund / cancellation
Due to the health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. If you have received your polish bottle damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective item.
If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling back to us.
FULLFILLMENT & SHIPPING
Polishes will be shipped after payment has been processed. Unless there is a backorder, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
